Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that at times in life things don’t work to plan. Please see below the cancellation and refund policy for Restore Groups. This policy covers all cancellations, including cancellations required due to COVID-19.

Cancellation prior to 7 days of Intensive
If written notification of cancellation is received prior to 7 days before commencement (prior to COB 3rd April, 2024) a refund of the deposit or full payment (depending on the amount paid) minus $55 will be issued. This held payment is to cover administrative charges and the cost of materials and postage should they have already been issued to you.
 
Cancellation with less than 7 days’ notice of Intensive
If written notification of cancellation is received within 7 days of Intensive commencement (on or following 2nd April, 2025) there will be two options for proceeding. The opportunity to rollover the payment to the next scheduled Intensive will be offered, which would hold and secure your position. Alternatively, a 70% refund will be provided. This held payment is to cover administrative charges, Intensive expenditure for your position and the cost of materials and postage issued to you.
