RESTORATION INSTITUTE

The Restoration Institute has been established in Restoration Church because we believe the best kind of equipping for ministry is a mixture of teaching and hands-on training.

We want to shape God's people with the ability to minister the gospel in powerfully restorative ways in their churches and in the world. Everyone from volunteers to those sensing the call to vocational ministry will find great benefit by engaging with the Restoration Institute.

Those who learn at the Institute will enjoy the intermingling of theory and practice a theological thread that is important to us at the Church. One way to think of it is that the Institute is an apprenticeship model of ministry training. Students can learn, practice, and hang out with people experienced in ministry. There will be classroom teaching and real-world participation.

Those who engage with the Institute will be given opportunity to develop and use their gifts and training in local church ministries such as:

The equipping pathway is about training. Its aim is to grow people to be more effective in ministry. Engagement with the equipping arm of the Institute will be super helpful for everyone from local volunteers to those with further Bible College study in view.

The starting point for this track is anyone who is currently volunteering in the local Restoration Church ministries. They will have the freedom to choose any subject to participate in and will also be encouraged to take part in specific subjects by those who lead in their particular ministry area.
